Laila is ready for her surgery day! Today she will be spayed and have her “cherry eye” fixed.<br/><br/>Laila was abandoned in a park to fend for herself a few weeks ago, then taken to the city shelter. She was not reclaimed so the shelter put out a rescue and Wescue volunteers hustled to get her out before it was too late.<br/><br/>Now that Laila has had time to decompress, we are taking care of her vet needs and will find her the loving home she deserves. Is it with you?<br/><br/>Laila is estimated to be around 3 years old and weighs a little over 20 lbs. She is crate trained, appears to be house trained, and walks well on a leash. She is nervous of new people and sudden movements, so we are looking for a stable, all-adult home for her. <br/><br/>Age: 3 years old<br/>Weight: 20 lbs<br/>Dogs: Good<br/>Cats: unknown <br/>Children: no<br/><br/>Laila has been vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped.
