Ladybug is a super sweet gal - She is shy but very curious! She loves to walk and sniff the flowers, lay in the grass and just take in her surroundings. She's just happy to be involved and around you. She is still getting to know us and we are still getting to know her - We believe her to be a boxer mix and very young. Vaccinations and spay to be scheduled ASAP <br/><br/>If you are interested in meeting me, or any of my friends at the kennels, please send an email to blueislandstrays@gmail.com<br/><br/>Adoption fee includes their spay/neuter, rabies, chip, HW, distemper & poop test.

Blue Island Stray Dog Project's Adoption Policy
We have potential adopters fill out an application (linked on PetFinder or please email Blueislandstrays@gmail.com). Once we get a potential adopters application, we process background checks, vet checks, and reference checks. We like to speak and get to know the adopter to ensure a good fit and set up the adopter and the dog for success! Once approved for adoption, we like to conduct home visits when possible, and if a potential adopter has another dog in the house, we make it mandatory for dog meets with the other dog; sometimes, more than once.
