Updated 9-10-26 LADY UPDATE: She's a little shadow with a LOT of personality.<br/><br/>At 4 years old, Lady knows exactly what she loves: her person, her walks, sniffing absolutely everything, kisses, and curling up in your lap for TV time.<br/><br/>Her foster has gotten to know her really well, and we now have a much better idea of the home that would suit her best:<br/><br/>Lady is an active girl who gets much more out of a good walk than simply running around a backyard. A couple of walks around the neighborhood each day, with plenty of time to sniff and explore, make her very happy.<br/><br/>She benefits from having a crate as part of her routine. It gives her a place to settle and helps her regulate all that enthusiasm.<br/><br/>Lady is extremely affectionate. She wants to be near her person, gets SO excited when you come home, loves giving kisses, and is perfectly happy climbing into your lap to watch TV.<br/><br/>She does have a strong prey drive and loves investigating everything around her on walks.<br/><br/>We're recommending an adult home for Lady. She can be very mouthy when excited and sometimes gets overly interested in toys or things that aren't hers, so a home without children will be the best fit for her.<br/><br/>She doesn't need a huge fenced yard or acres to run — she needs someone who enjoys getting out for walks, letting her use that nose, giving her some structure, and then making room on the couch.<br/><br/>Lady is 4 years old, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.

Adopters fill out application, our coordinator will then interview potential adopter, check with their vets, Landlord if renting and background check is run. We do home visits as a final process to be sure the home is considered a good fit as well as meeting with directors to discuss.
