Meet Kohl – The Bird Dog Who Chose a Different Destiny 🐾<br/>One of our wonderful Fairy Dogmother foster homes has welcomed a very special new boy named Kohl, a young male German Shorthaired Pointer who is beginning a new chapter in life.<br/>You see, Kohl has all the DNA to be an incredible bird-hunting dog. The instincts are there, the athleticism is there, and the drive is definitely there.<br/>There is just one small detail…<br/>Kohl does not like the sound of guns.<br/>His gentle spirit and sensitive heart simply outweigh what his hunting-dog DNA tells him he should love. And honestly, we think that just means Kohl was meant for a different kind of life.<br/>Now, if you put him in the backyard with squirrels, that is a whole different story.
