Kobe is a beautiful 4-year-old hound mix who weighs approximately 70 lbs. Kobe is a very intelligent dog who knows many commands like sit, stay and down. Kobe is also very loyal and is often very protective of those he loves. He’s dog indifferent in that he doesn’t react to them nor does he seek them out. He is also very vocal when his favorite volunteers enter the dog room, letting them know how happy he is to see them with a howl or a bark! Kobe is always looking to his handler for feedback on his walks and appreciates a good behind the ear rub.<br/><br/>Kobe has some psychological issues when it comes to food often showing his insecurities as aggression which is why we are requiring a strong experienced dog handler for him. We want Kobe’s next home to succeed and not see him be returned for a 3rd time.<br/>Kobe should be the only pet in home with a fenced in yard and no small children.
