I’m Koa, a 2-year-old American Bulldog, and at 88 pounds, I’m not exactly a guy who gets lost in a crowd!<br/><br/>I’m a bold, social, friendly guy who absolutely loves my people. Honestly, one of my favorite things is simply being with the humans I care about. Whether we’re hanging out together, spending some quality time relaxing, or heading out for an adventure, I’m happiest when I’m by your side.<br/><br/>Now, I’ll admit that I can be a little barky when I first meet someone new. But please don’t take it personally! Once I get to know you, I’m a great friend. I’ve done well with older children, but I haven’t been around small children. When it comes to other dogs and cats, well, let's just say that it would be best that I go to a home with no other furry friends. <br/><br/>I’m a smart guy and already know some commands, but I’m still working on my manners and learning about boundaries. I can be protective of my person, so I’m looking for someone who will be a confident, patient leader and help me learn how to be the very best version of myself. I’m house trained, too, so I’ve already got that important skill checked off my list!<br/><br/>And then there are car rides. Oh, car rides! If you say, “Want to go for a ride?” I’m pretty sure my answer will always be YES.
