Knox's Story

Meet Knox!
Knox is an approximately 31⁄2-year-old Great Pyrenees weighing in at a majestic 100 pounds. With his striking presence, gentle demeanor, and soulful eyes, Knox is the kind of dog who turns heads wherever he goes. But beneath that regal exterior is a sweet, affectionate goofball who loves nothing more than spending time with his people.
Knox can be a little shy when meeting new people, preferring to take a moment to assess the situation before showing his softer side. Once he feels comfortable, his affectionate nature shines through. He loves to lean into his favorite humans for pets and attention, and, if you are lucky, he will gently try to sit on your lap. He has a special way of gazing into your eyes that makes it feel like he's reading your thoughts.
Despite his elegant appearance, Knox has a wonderfully playful side. He enjoys spending time in the yard and occasionally breaks into joyful zoomies that reveal his silly, fun-loving personality. Watching this gentle giant romp around is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
Knox already knows commands like "sit", "paw", and "down'". He gets over excited sometimes and jumps and mouth-plays, but we are working with him to overcome this. He is a well-mannered companion who enjoys being part of the action while maintaining the calm, thoughtful nature Great Pyrenees are known for. He would thrive in a home that appreciates both his gentle spirit and his playful side. He will need a home with a large yard or some land to explore.
If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with equal parts grace and goofiness, Knox may be the perfect addition to your family.
About Great Pyrenees - Great Pyrenees are known for their calm, gentle nature and unwavering loyalty to their families.
