Kiwi's Story

Kiwi 🥝 is almost ready to find her forever home—and she’s truly something special. Kiwi's only a year old and 9 pounds.

After two weeks in her foster home (all the way from New Mexico!), Kiwi has settled in beautifully and proven herself to be the perfect little house guest. At around a year old and just 8 pounds, she’s picked up her routine quickly and is loving the good life.

Kiwi can be a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, she absolutely adores her people. And her greetings? Let’s just say you’ll be welcomed home with a full tap-dance performance every time 💃

She’s currently living with both a tiny dog and a large breed, and after a few days to warm up, she now loves them both. Kiwi is thoughtful and cautious with new people and dogs, but when given respectful space, she adjusts wonderfully.

Because she’s sensitive to fast movements and unpredictability, Kiwi would do best in a calm, adult-only home where she can truly relax and thrive.

✨ House trained
✨ Dog door trained
✨ Great on a leash
✨ Quiet
✨ Bonds quickly
✨ Rides nicely in the car
✨ Currently afraid of cats
✨ Respects chickens (in their space)

Kiwi would make an incredible companion—whether you’re heading out for a hike, taking a long walk, or settling in for a cozy movie night.
