You’d never guess her age, and she’s certainly not sharing her fountain-of-youth secrets.<br/><br/>Kiara was found stray with another dog, and her microchip led us to a previous owner who had rehomed her. When her most recent family didn’t come looking for her, we stepped in to make sure this sweet girl was safe.<br/><br/>And what a sweetheart she is! Kiara is an easygoing, affectionate girl who really just wants to be loved. She enjoys attention, gives the cutest little head nudges when she wants more, and has the classic Doberman lean down to perfection. She was friendly with other dogs at the shelter, appears to be housebroken, and will be cat tested.<br/><br/>At over 1012, Kiara has left the puppy antics behind. She’s not looking for a busy or complicated life—she’s looking for a soft place to land, a family to love, and someone who will cherish her through her golden years.
