He's small enough to fit just about anywhere, but his personality is larger than life.<br/><br/>Kevin came to Noah's Arc as part of our beloved "Office Crew"-four friendly stray dogs who wandered onto our property and quickly stole everyone's hearts. While we may never know where Kevin came from, one thing is certain: he was made to be around people.<br/><br/>Kevin has never met a stranger. He's the kind of dog who believes everyone is a friend, and he's always happy to make new ones. Whether he's following volunteers around, soaking up belly rubs, or flashing his permanent puppy-dog face in hopes of an extra treat, Kevin has a way of making everyone smile.<br/><br/>Goofy, affectionate, and always up for an adventure, Kevin loves being part of whatever is happening. He enjoys spending time with other dogs, thrives on human attention, and has a joyful, easygoing personality that makes him a wonderful companion for families, couples, or anyone looking for a loyal best friend.<br/><br/>Kevin may have started life as a stray, but you'd never know it from his happy outlook. Since 1991, we have been dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats and helping them find safe, loving, lifelong homes.<br/><br/>Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate, unless otherwise noted.<br/><br/>Thank you for considering adoption and supporting rescue!
