Hello! I'm Ms. Kelly, I came into The City of Mobile Animal Services with a couple of little biscuits in my belly. The vet said those biscuits are alive and will be joining this world soon. I am a staff favorite known for my sweet and affectionate demeanor. Although I have the personality that'd fit great in any home, all the odds are against. Not only do people judge me by my breed but mama dogs are 6x more likely not to be adopted and overlooked.
