Hi! I'm Kelly! The first thing you should know about me is that I am a boy who loves to play. Another great thing to know about me is that I am also smart. This combination makes playing with me a lot of fun! I love to play fetch the most. When you squeak a toy to get my attention, the game is on! Here's how the game is best played: I sit nicely while waiting for you to throw the toy for me. You throw it and I very happily chase it down. Then I bring it right back to your feet and sit nicely again. Repeat as often as you like, because I love this game!

What I love more than playing is having kind people in my life. I've had some not-kind people in my life before I arrived at Desert Haven and guess what!? Those not-kind people didn't feed me. It was awful and I am not at my healthy weight because of the mean behavior from those not-kind people. However. And this part is very important. The most important thing you should know about me is this: I am resilient! I don't dwell on it. It's behind me, and I'm the sort of chap that looks ahead!

I am looking to the bright future I have ahead of me. I have my good energy, my happy personality, my love of people, and I have a great heart. My future looks bright and all it is missing is my new family to care for me, play with me, and want me.
