Oscar Meyer is a 6 year old pure bred Dachshund. He came to us form a hoarding situation and miraculously, he came to us happy, sweet, and in great health!! We are unsure if he is house trained or kennel trained, but he is eager to please so if not, we hope he will learn quickly.
