Kaylee's Story

This cute senior gal is a 9-year-old, 50-pound Siberian Husky looking for a home filled with love, fresh air, and lots of fetch! She loves people of all ages and enjoys affection, but she can also be quite self sufficient. She likes sniffing around the yard and lounging in the sunshine. She's obsessed with fetch, and if she doesn't have a friend to throw the ball for her, she tosses it across the yard herself.

Kaylee has spent most of her life as an outdoor dog, but she's also quite good inside and will politely let you know when she needs a potty break. She's a fantastic shotgun passenger who loves car rides, so she would love to find a person who can take her on adventures! She's a brave gal, but she does get a bit spooked by loud noises like thunder and fireworks. Kaylee previously lived with cats and another dog. She gets along well with some dogs, but can be picky, so she will require a meet and greet to make sure any resident dogs will be a good match!

Kaylee is microchipped, up to date on her vaccines, and available for foster to adopt until she's scheduled to be spayed at The Babinski Foundation. You can visit her at the shelter Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
