Meet Kane!<br/>Kane came into the shelter on August 11th as a stray.<br/>Kane is good about meeting new dogs and has made two new friends that he plays with every day. He can be a bit submissive and shy at first with other dogs, but he quickly comes around for lots of fun! <br/>Kane is a very sweet and affectionate boy, but he can be a bit scared when meeting new people. Despite his size and energy, he really is just a giant baby. All he wants to do is run up and then sit in your lap all day. He gives kisses and looks up at you with hopeful, loving eyes.<br/>Kane walks very well on a leash and is awesome at keeping a clean kennel. He does know how to “sit”, “shake”, and “stay”, but we are still perfecting our “down”. Kane's favorite cookies are raw hide chews, and meaty treats like Beggin Stripes and Pupperoni. His favorite toys are hard chews and rope toys. <br/>Our staff says that their favorite thing about Kane is that he is a huge lap dog. He thinks he belongs in a purse when, in reality, he is the size of a small pony. Our staff also says that he is super affectionate and always wants you to know that he will always be by your side.
