Kaito's Story

Kaito is a 5-year old, loveable big (95 lbs) Malamute. He's a calm, sweet boy who loves walks and attention. He’s housetrained, great on a leash, and rides well in the car. Kaito knows basic commands like sit and give paw. Kaito is friendly with strangers and does well with other dogs.
Kaito is the dad of Alfita, Bling, Chico, and Junior, who are also looking for homes (they do not need to be adopted together). He is good with older children but has bery limited experience with very young children. Cats? Uh, no..... a cat free home is a must for Mr. Kaito!
Have a shorter fence? That should be fine.... He is used to a shorter fence and does ok.... We know.... shocking given his breed!
Kaito is looking for a loving new home due to health concerns of his current human companion. He would make a wonderful, loyal companion.... let us know if you'd like to meet him!

Increasingly, we are doing FOSTER TO ADOPT options!
That’s where you and puppers make sure you’re a good fit for one another before signing on “the dotted line”….. it’s a win-win for everyone! Just ask your adoption counselor about how this works. If you are interested in adopting this or another POPP dog, please complete our short adoption questionnaire found at: https://www.popptricities.org/adopt/adoption-questionnaire-canine/

If you have any questions. please E-mail us at dogsadopt@popptricities.org.

Our puppy or dog adoption fee of $200 includes a lovable, non-judgmental canine companion who has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped prior to adoption.
Your adoption fee helps support POPP and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.
