Juno's Story
Meet Juno! At 9 years young, Juno is proof that age is just a number. He has the spirit of a puppy, whether he’s jumping into the car for an adventure, running laps in the yard, or cooling off in his favorite kiddie pool. He tends to prefer calm dogs who can entertain themselves.

Juno is a "communicator" who isn't afraid to let you know how he's feeling with some adorable whining—it’s just his way of processing all the love and excitement he has to give. He’s looking for a patient, calm family who will appreciate his sweet personality and give him all the pets he craves.

Overnight Sleepover: Juno recently enjoyed an overnight sleepover and proved to be a wonderful houseguest. He settled easily into his playpen, slept through the night, and kept his space clean. Curious and observant, he enjoyed exploring the house and investigating every bush in the yard. Juno was very interested in the resident dogs and did well during supervised introductions, especially one-on-one, though he was initially a little overwhelmed when meeting two dogs at the same time. Inside, he was calm and content, especially when relaxing by a window and watching the world go by. He let his foster know when he needed to go outside by crying at the door, which suggests potty training may come naturally for him. He was a bit unsure about walking on wood floors, but with a little time and encouragement, he should adjust well to a new home environment. Because every dog relationship is unique, a meet-and-greet is recommended if there are other dogs in the home to help ensure a good fit for everyone.
