Juno's Story

Apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TRRA/Dog

Meet Juno

If there were an award for being quietly adorable, Juno would be a strong contender.

Juno is a 9-month-old 24lb Aussiedoodle puppy with a sweet personality, a playful spirit, and a deep appreciation for snacks.

Juno was surrendered to rescue by an overwhelmed breeder, which means she did not get the early socialization and human interaction most puppies need. Because of that, she can be unsure when meeting new people. She is not mean, shut down, or afraid of the world - she just needs a little time to decide that a person is safe.

Once Juno settles in, she is very much a normal puppy. She loves to play, enjoys being part of the fun, and is happy to let her goofy, sweet side show. She is also highly snack-motivated, which makes helping her build confidence with people both doable and rewarding.

We think Juno would do best in a home with another confident dog. A steady canine friend can help show her the ropes and make new situations feel easier while she continues learning that people can be pretty great too.

Juno's ideal family will understand that continued socialization is important, but they won't mistake her cautious first impression for who she really is. Underneath that initial hesitation is a fun, sweet puppy who just needs patience, snacks, and someone willing to keep helping her grow.

Apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TRRA/Dog
