Found as a stray and brought into rescue last September, she’s spent the past several months discovering something truly special—what it means to feel safe, loved, and at home. At first, the world can still feel a little big and scary to Juniper. But give her a little patience and kindness, and you’ll watch something magical happen. Her confidence blossoms, her tail starts to wag, and before you know it, she’s leaning in for snuggles like a 100-pound lap dog who simply must have your affection. We require a fenced yard (exceptions made on a case by case basis - NO exceptions for puppies or deaf/vision impaired dogs - no invisible fencing), that stairs in the home be covered with some sort of slip resistant material to prevent injury, that all other animals in the home be up to date on vaccinations as well as spayed/neutered and that all dogs live inside as a part of the family.
