Junior's Story

Junior is a heartworm positive Dachshund mix that has been neutered, is 5 years old, and weighs about 16lbs. He came to Maryland as a transfer from a shelter in North Carolina. He is said to be mostly an indoor dog and has never been around children. He came to BHRL with is bonded partner Little Boy who is also available for adoption and we would like to keep them together in a new home. They enjoy each other’s company, but do not like other animals. Time critical placement requiring an adult home, preferably with no other pets. BHRL will pay all vet and medical treatments they require. Foster with option to adopt welcomed. Please call 301-659-3007 for more information.
