Join us at Merriam Petsmart and meet your perfect match. Well have DOGS, PUPPIES & KITTIES ready to steal your heart!<br/><br/>--------<br/><br/>Meet JUDE! If youre into sweet, easygoing boys, Jude is your guy. Hes calm, gentle, and just happy to be part of whatever youre doing whether thats a nice walk or a lazy day on the couch.<br/><br/>Jude is great on a leash, gets along well with other dogs, and has that peaceful, go-with-the-flow personality that makes him so easy to love. Hes just here for snacks, soft beds, and good company.<br/><br/>Now about those little marks on his face... lets just say Jude got himself into a bit of a love triangle situation and things got a little dramatic. The good news? Hes healed up, neutered, and officially retired from his romantic adventures era.<br/>These days, hes all about the simple life and finding a family who will love him the way he deserves.<br/><br/>Jude is a 3 year old Boxer mix and he weighs 56 lbs. <br/><br/>Sadly, Jude tested positive for heartworms. But please dont let this scare you away! We just need to get him into a home during his treatment. The cost for the heartworm treatment is completely covered. We can provide you with more info about his heartworm treatment if you are interested in adopting or fostering him (wed love to find him a foster home!). Once his treatment plan is completed, Jude will be able to live a normal healthy life with no restrictions!<br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
