He is loving, loyal, incredibly smart, and has the sweetest personality that makes everyone fall for him quickly.<br/><br/>Meatballpaul has Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), a condition that gradually affects vision over time. While hearing that may sound intimidating at first, dogs with PRA adapt remarkably well and continue to live happy, full, joyful lives. Dogs rely so much on their noses, hearing, memory, and routines that many people are amazed at how confidently they navigate the world. In fact, once they learn their environment, they often continue life almost as if nothing has changed.<br/><br/>And Meatballpaul is a perfect example of that resilience and adaptability. He does wonderfully on leash, has great house manners, knows stairs, rides nicely in the car, and handles daily life beautifully.
