Welcome Sweet Josie (Jolene), we are so happy to welcome you into rescue. <br/>Josie is a 5 yr old, All Natural, Doberman who was an unclaimed stray that was picked up with a gunshot wound to her rear leg, the dog she was with, another Doberman, was also shot but didn't survive. We know nothing about her past other than her condition when found, which was deplorable. She was emaciated, filthy and scared. Josie is a very sweet girl, while shy at first, will certainly win your heart once you get to know her. She is a gentle soul that is quiet and very good natured plus good with other dogs, of all sizes and even cats. She is also great with my grandchildren. Josie would be a great companion looking for someone to spend their days with.
