She was found in deep South Texas with duct tape wrapped around her muzzle, and you can still see the scarring around her nose.<br/><br/>But somehow, Jolene hasn’t let what happened to her change who she is. She is fun, loving, gentle, and absolutely loves people. She doesn’t know a stranger and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.
