Johnny's Story

Johnny is a male Bulldog and Pug mix (our best guess!) He is approximately four years old, and currently weighs about 40 pounds. He was brought to our shelter on 3/4/26 after being found in unincorporated San Leandro. He hasn't been reclaimed by his previous person, so he's now looking for a new home! He has been vaccinated, neutered, and micro-chipped. <br/><br/>His adoption fee is $35, plus licensing (if applicable), plus the cost of his neuter surgery.

East County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

All adoptions take place in person at the East County Animal Shelter. Our address is 4595 Gleason Drive, Dublin, CA 94568. Our phone number is 925-803-7040. We are open seven days a week (excluding county holidays) from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please arrive early enough to give yourself time to get acquainted with your prospective new pet before we can begin the adoption paperwork. Please contact the shelter for information about adoption fees.
