Joey's Story

Meet Joey!
DOB: 1/13/2026 | ~10 lbs | Possibly Anatolian Shepherd Mix | Brother to Jackson and Jason

If “adorably clueless” were a sport, Joey would be going pro

This sweet, clumsy little guy is the definition of puppy life—curious, playful, a little chaotic, and completely lovable. He's still figuring out how his legs work half the time, but he makes up for it with nonstop charm and a face you just can't say no to.

Joey is easygoing and social, getting along great with people and other dogs. He's happy to bounce around with a buddy or soak up attention from his humans. When playtime winds down, he's all about the cuddles—he'll happily melt into your arms and let you hold him like a baby while you rub his tummy

He's doing well with crate training—he may protest his “bedtime” for a minute, but settles quickly and then sleeps like a champ. Potty training is still a work in progress (as expected for a young pup), but he's already starting to understand that outside time = business time

Like any true puppy, Joey is curious and a bit mischievous, which means he'll occasionally investigate things he shouldn't... but that's all part of his charm. He plays hard, explores hard, and then crashes hard.

Joey is looking for a home ready for all the fun, love, and adventure that comes with raising a puppy—and in return, he promises a lifetime of laughs and snuggles

Adoption Fee: $250
Includes neuter, microchip, UTD vaccines, and current vet check

Message us if you're preapproved or apply at newleashdogrescue.com
