Meet Joel
Joel is a handsome 2-year old male Hound/Labrador Retriever mix who was brought to the HSOV on February 23, 2024 after he was found at the intersection of Walnut Street/Blennerhassett Avenue in Belpre Ohio. Joel was accompanied by three 6-month old female puppies (Ellie, Riley, and Sarah). None of these precious pups were wearing a collar, and they were not microchipped.
Joel has a tricolor coat, no tail, and a cute face with dark brown eyes, a brown mask and short floppy ears.
This sweet boy has a friendly, outgoing personality and is a pushover for attention. Joel appears to be good with other dogs. Thanks to HSOV Kennel Tech Madison Lee for showering Joel with attention and 'pre-spoiling' him during his photo session on February 24th.
Joel weighs 47 lbs.
In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Joel was held for three days so that his family would have an opportunity to reclaim him with proof of ownership. Surprisingly nobody called or came looking for this awesome dog.
