Meet Jin
Jin is an Asian mix, about 1-2 years old, and currently in the low 40lbs range.
When Jin came to us from the shelter, he had a severely broken hind leg, but was still smiling and wagging his tail. The vets amputated that leg and Jin barely notices it is not there! He still runs around, plays, and has a great zest for life! He can lead a normal life.
Jin is housetrained and loves his toys.
He appears to get along with other dogs very nicely, but as with any dog to dog introduction, we'd recommend patience, caution and care.
Jin also lived for a while with cats in the home and was no bother at all, but we have not tested him with other small critters, or children yet, and would expect him to have a normally high prey drive for smaller, wild animals (squirrels, rabbits etc) and again, would recommend caution with any introduction (regardless of the dog's breed).
