Jesse

This beautiful boy is Jesse and he's approximately 15 months old and fully grown at 45 -50 pounds. He's a gentle soul and as you can see in his photos, he has a beautiful golden coat. We think he's a Golden Retriever mix with some type of Shepherd mixed in (his ears are a give-away :) - the only thing we know for sure is he's a very sweet guy. He's living with a Foster family in Calverton, Long Island who have other pups who he loves to play and have fun with but he's more of the follower than the leader. There's not an aggressive bone in his body...he just wants to have a fun time and be part of what's going on. He gets along great with everyone he meets including kiddos but haven't tested him with cats yet. He loves to go for walks and enjoys relaxing in the evening and will curl up in his doggie bed while his Foster Mom watches TV. He's the type of pup who will thrive in a loving and mellow home and would love to be someone's companion or work from home buddy. We think he'd do well with a well balanced doggie sibling or as a solo pup if he gets exercise, love and attention. We also want him to have a fully fenced backyard so he can play and relax in the sunshine. He's healthy, neutered, chipped and up to date on all his vaccinations. He's also house-trained and crate-trained so he's totally ready to meet his 'furever family'.
