Jerry's Story

Jerry is a 9 year old neutered male cavalier who weighs 21 pounds. He was rescued in horrible shape with a matted coat covered in urine and burrs, so he had to be shaved on intake. Jerry does have a grade 5/6 heart murmur and potentially some sight issues.Ā He does not appear to be blind at his foster home because he navigates well, but sometimes will walk into the foster moms legs or the front of the crate when the door is closed. He seems to be potty trained, has tested well with other dogs and loves to snuggle up on blankets.
