Meet Jem!

This beefy little man of a puppy is about 10 weeks old and just over 16 lbs already. As a bully breed mix, Jem will grow to be a medium/large dog weighing over 55 lbs and is sure to be on the stocky side.

Jem is a sweet little boy that is sure to shower you with kisses and provide you with lots of entertainment while he plays with his toys. He’s a curious and brave boy, ready to explore new things with confidence. He could easily grow to be the pup who’s by your side for all your adventures with continued guidance, socialization and training.

Jem is working hard on potty training (doing great using puppy pads right now), sleeps quietly in his puppy pen all night with his sister Scout, and is ready for a family to grow up with. While there are no kids in his foster home, Jem was exposed to kids in Alabama before coming to Wisconsin and did well.

Jem is available for adoption through Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, UTD on all age appropriate vaccines, and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $425. To apply, please visit mapawsmepetrescue.com.

All Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue dogs are in homes with foster families; we do not have a shelter where dogs are available for daily viewing.

Our process is as follows:
1. Review our policies and adoption radius on our website: http://mapawsmepetrescue.com/adopt/
2. Submit an application for review and approval;
3. MPM Rescue reviews application and checks vet records and references;
4. MPM foster contacts approved applicant(s) to arrange a home check and meeting with available dog(s);
5. If there is a good fit, adoption is completed with a contract and fees (payable via check or cash).

Dogs from Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
- Spay/Neuter surgery
- Age appropriate vaccinations
- Heartworm test (for dogs over 6mo) and treatment if positive
- Microchip
- Deworming
- Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
- Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian
