Meet Jed

Names Jed, he's a shepherd mix, he's about 5-6 years old according to our vet. He is looking for a companion, would be great for someone living alone looking for a friend or even a family looking for a mature dog to have around. He does great with other dogs his age, good with cats as well. Jed is very friendly around all people including small kids, he does get a bit over exciting when kids are running around him and has nipped before but did not break skin or require a doctors visit, and it's only if kids are running around with him (we think it may have something to do with his breed and trying to herd). Otherwise he will let kids crawl all over him with no issues. Walks well on a leash and has even run beside a bike. He is fully potty trained with no accidents, he does not like a crate too much and will try and succeed in escaping, so I'd recommend a well enforced crate if one is needed. He is all up to date with his shots and is in great health.
