Hi! I'm Jazz, a 7-month-old, 29# Lab/Border Collie mix (best guess). I will quickly win your heart with my joy of life, love of snuggling and desire to learn new things. I'm a fun-sized package of curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm, and I'm just getting started!<br/><br/>As you might guess, I'm an energetic gal who loves to run, play, chase my dog friends, and investigate the world around me. Give me a ball - any ball! - or a chew toy anytime (see pics). Ready for a walk? Perfect! I'm doing great on leash and enjoy checking out new places. I'm incredibly friendly and take new people and urban noises in stride. I cannot wait to experience all sorts of adventures with my forever family.<br/><br/>After I have a chance to burn some energy, it's time to cuddle on the couch. Chilling out together is one of my love languages. I will thrive with an active, adventurous family who wants to make me part of the team. Running, hiking, dog sports, skijoring... if you enjoy it, I will too!<br/><br/>I do not need a fenced yard, though it would be amazing to have a safe play space. Another dog in my family would be great or I could also happily be the center of my family's attention. Dog-savvy cats and I should be fine with proper introductions. Kids under 10 are a-ok if they understand that puppy teeth and curious paws are part of the package.<br/><br/>Basic obedience skills are on my agenda now, and I blow my foster family away with how quickly I learn. My new family and I will have a blast in classes while I learn nice manners. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. Upon adoption, all of our dogs go to their new homes with a collar and harness, leash, starter food, blanket, favorite toys & treats. They are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed, and approved. We are located in Minnesota and adopt to an area 400 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul.
