Jazelle

Jazelle

Our sweet Jazelle has had quite the journey for such a young girl.
She originally came to us as an owner surrender last year and eventually found a home. Unfortunately, things didnt work out as everyone had hoped, and Jazelle has found herself back in our care.
Sometimes, despite everyones best efforts, a home simply isnt the right fit—and thats okay. What matters now is taking what weve learned about Jazelle and using it to find the home where she can truly thrive.

One very important thing we now know is that Jazelle does NOT do well with small dogs, so we are asking for no small dogs or small animals in her next home. She has previously lived with a larger dog, so a home with another larger dog may be considered with a proper meet and greet.
And this girl happens to LOVE kids.

Jazelle is only 2 years old, sweet as can be, absolutely adorable and so uniquely beautiful. Through all the changes in her little life, somehow she still has that big smile on her face.
We would love to see her with someone who wants a companion to really make part of their life.

Maybe youre active empty nesters looking for a buddy to walk, hike and explore with. Maybe youre newly married or starting your life together and have been talking about adopting your first rescue dog. Or maybe youve simply been waiting for a dog to come along who can be your baby and your best friend.
Please consider Jazelle. She could be that girl.

She turned 2 years old on April 14th. Jazelle actually spent her first birthday with us at the shelter, and shortly after turning two, she unexpectedly found herself back here.

We have one big goal now...
Lets make sure Jazelle celebrates her THIRD birthday in a HOME.

She is spayed, vaccinated and ready to go. She deserves the chance to settle into the right home, learn her new routine and finally start the next chapter of her life.
No blame. No looking backward. We know more about what Jazelle needs now, and that helps us find the family that fits her best.

If you would like to meet Jazelle please fill out an applicaiton to;
Healthyheartsproject.org/adopt

The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project
909 Martin Luther King Blvd., Warren, OH
