You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beauty was rescued from Memphis TN animal control when he was scheduled to be euthanized. He was in pretty rough shape and had burns of some type on the back of both his ears. He is good with other dogs, loves people, is active. His coat is thick and very wavy down his back and tail, hence the guessed at breed mix. We would say no cats (actually depends on the cat) and no small animals.

Jay is heartworm positive and is in the process of being treated. Last Chance will pay for all of his medical needs during his treatment.
