Jax's Story

Jax is a 3 to 4 year-old mastiff that weighs about 135 pounds. He might be a big guy, but he loves to snuggle up next to people!<br/>He is very gentle when taking treats, absolutely no food aggression and completely trustworthy with chew bones.<br/><br/>Jax is good on the leash and enjoys taking walks.<br/>His favorite past time is to play with a toy or ball in the yard, he will keep himself entertained for about 10 minutes before he tires out!.<br/>He knows basic commands, is very tender hearted and loves everyone that he meets.<br/>You will notice send the photograph. One of his eyes is red, he had a cherry eye that we repaired. He has had all of his medical taken care of, and is ready to find his forever home!<br/>He is very companion oriented and would do best with a stay at home parent.<br/>He is house broken , he actually still squats to pee, and he does not mark on bushes!<br/>If you would like additional information, please contact Linea at 510-579-5850

Search our adoptable dogs.  Each posting will list the location of the dog.  When you find a dog that you are interested in, contact the person listed in the posting.  The contact person will ask you about your particular situation and pet ownership in general.  This screening process will take time.  You will be asked to complete, send in your Adoption Application, and have a continuing interview with the foster parent.
