Hi there! My name is Janis!<br/><br/>I'm around 6 months old and 35-40 lbs.<br/><br/>My foster family has loved watching me come out of my shell. What started as a cautious approach to new experiences has turned into curiosity, growing confidence, and plenty of affection for the people I love.<br/><br/>These days, I'm a cuddly little lovebug who happily accepts pets and belly rubs from just about everyone I meet. Well, at least until it's time to play! I love spending time with other dogs and have learned great play manners. I can roughhouse with the best of them, but I've also learned how to let my friends know when I'm ready for a break.<br/><br/>At my foster home, I've been enjoying short walks to the lake and getting used to the water. I've also had opportunities to meet new people, including children and older adults, and I've done very well. My foster family says I have a gentle, sweet nature.<br/><br/>Like many young pups, I'm still learning all about the world and mastering new skills every day. I'm a smart girl and very food motivated, which makes learning new things lots of fun.<br/><br/>One thing I've already mastered is bedtime.
