She craves affection, follows her foster mom from room to room, and greets you like you’ve been gone for weeks—even if it’s only been a little while! She is definitely a girl who wants to be part of the family.<br/><br/>Jane is smart, sensitive and eager to please. She already knows sit and give me 5 and is working on down. She responds well to correction and has such a tender personality that you can almost see her trying to make things right when she knows she’s done something she shouldn’t. She picks things up quickly and really seems to want to please her person.<br/><br/>Jane is potty trained and will potty while out on a leash. She is also doing wonderfully with her crate—she sleeps in it quietly all night, never makes a peep and keeps her crate clean. She walks nicely on a leash, too.<br/><br/>She’s still a puppy, so expect some puppy antics! Jane loves to chew, so sturdy toys are a must—she especially enjoys antlers and toys she can really sink her teeth into. She also loves spending time outside in her foster home’s fenced yard. One of her favorite things is entertaining herself with her toys—tossing them into the air, shaking them around and then pouncing on them again. She definitely has a silly, playful puppy side!<br/><br/>For such a young dog, Jane is surprisingly laid-back. She gets bursts of puppy energy and loves to play, but overall she is a calm, somewhat shy girl who is equally happy hanging out near her people. She rarely barks and settles nicely when things are quiet.<br/><br/>Jane is currently living with other dogs and has become great friends with her foster home’s sweet, mellow Collie. She was unsure at first, so Jane does best with slow introductions and a calm, easy-going dog who will give her time to feel comfortable. Once she settles in, she enjoys having a canine friend. But, she would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as an only princess! Her foster home gives the dogs their own space at mealtimes and with special treats, which works well for everyone.<br/><br/>Most of all, Jane is a sweet, intelligent and sensitive girl who forms a strong connection with her people. She wants to be wherever you are, soak up all the affection you’re willing to give, and be part of whatever you’re doing.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loving companion with a gentle heart, a playful puppy side and a whole lot of love to give, Jane is your girl.<br/><br/>Facebook page: Regan’s Foster Dogs<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE: $650<br/><br/>To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION at fluffydog.net<br/><br/>Adopters must be 24 years of age.
