James's Story

James and his brother (Jesse) were strays and brought to us on 9/22/2026, James has a slightly colored coat and that is the only difference we have found in them so far. He couldn't be sweeter. We have found that he likes to bark but settles down quickly and calmly. This is a very high energy breed so he will need a family that has the room for him to run and the energy to play ball and Frisbee.

We are giving him lots of attention and time to play in the yard. His family will definitely need to have a fenced yard where he can work off his energy.

He likes to seek out a welcoming lap when he is ready for a break.

He will make you smile when you visit. Visiting hours are Tues-Sat; 10-2:30.
