    Our Mission

To reduce the number of homeless and unwanted dogs and cats through adoption, sterilization, and education.

    Adoption Policy

C.A.R.E. requires confirmation from your vet that all current (and prior pets) are up-to-date on vaccinations and Heartworm prevention (dogs). Meet and greets (dogs) will be performed by our shelter volunteers/staff at the shelter after the vet check. Landlord contact will be made upon receipt of application. All family members should come to the shelter to meet the animal prior to adoption.
