Meet Jaida<br/>3 years old • 28 lbs<br/><br/>Jaida is a gentle, affectionate soul with a loving heart and a calm, reassuring presence. She truly enjoys being close to her humans, soaking up affection, and offering quiet companionship.<br/><br/>Jaida’s journey hasn’t always been easy, but through it all she has remained trusting, kind, and resilient. She came into our partner rescue, SOS El Arca Animal Rescue, and has shown nothing but gratitude as she patiently waits for her forever home. Her siblings—Eliza, Thomas, Karla, and Dina—have already found loving homes in New York, and we would love nothing more than to see Jaida join them and start her own happy chapter there as well. We’ve promised Jaida that her next chapter will be filled with stability, love, and security. ❤️<br/><br/>This lovely girl is adaptable and would do well in many living environments. She has a beautifully balanced temperament, gets along well with other dogs, is gentle with children, and is neutral with cats—making her a wonderful match for a variety of families and lifestyles.<br/><br/>Jaida can be a bit shy at first, so she will thrive with a patient adopter who can help build her confidence through a stable routine, gentle guidance, and continued socialization. A home with another calm, friendly dog could also be a great help in showing her the ropes and boosting her confidence.<br/><br/>Jaida has the opportunity to travel to New York in January, but only if we can secure a foster-to-adopt home or a committed adopter ready to welcome her with open arms. Could you be the one to change her life?<br/><br/>Jaida is currently in the process of potty training. She is crate trained, which has been helpful with this process. She sleeps in a crate at night, and during the day she spends her time in a kennel and a play area.<br/><br/>Jaida is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, dewormed, 4DX tested (heartworm negative), and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>❤️ Jaida is ready to offer loyalty, love, and companionship to her forever family.
