Jade is a very sweet 1 year old Dachshund/Rat Terrier mix. She's shy at first but once she learns to trust you she's as sweet as can be. She also enjoys playing with her toys and chewing on chew bones. Pets and snuggles from her human is what she wants more than anything. She is spayed, up to date on shots and heartworm tested negative. Paws 4 the Cause's Adoption Policy

Paws 4 the Cause is an all volunteer "no kill" rescue. We do not harm animals, but the more we can adopt out, the more we can take in. We take in the hardest cases, dogs and cats that are close to death or starvation. The adoption fee barely covers a fraction of what we spend. Our average animal costs about $200 for the first month in food and vet fees, and approx. $50 per month thereafter. All donations are used to pay directly for animal food and vet expenses. There are no employee or overhead expenses.
