Hey folks this sweet boy is Jacob. He is around 8 months old. Jacob came to our shelter via the police very terrified as you can see in last photo. Jacob is improving but really needs to be in a foster home or foster to adopt home. A confident dog would do wonders to help him gain trust of humans and learn to be a fun loving boy.
