Jacky Boxer & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Conover, NC

His elderly owner passed away last year unfortunately so him and his sister were without a home. His sister has been adopted. Jacky still needs a home.

When he wants to listen, he can "sit" and "speak". We were learning "stay" but never got the full hang of it.
He is kennel trained.
When he gets excited, he jumps around like a rabbit instead of actually walking.
He likes water. Does great in baths.
He loves people but also if he doesn't want to, he will completely ignore a person and just lay down.
He likes water a lot so you'll have to limit his drinking.
He's never had an issue with overeating. When he is finished, he will just leave his food bowl alone.
He likes to cuddle.
Absolutely loves car rides and boat rides but he is scared going under bridges/tunnels, especially on the boat.
Good with other dogs. I am not sure how he is with cats.
When people come over to the house, he does not bark unless asked to "speak".
He loves to run and jump. He has jumped/climbed a 6ft fence before but ran straight to me and followed me around the yard.
When we go hiking, he does very well staying beside me on a leash. When I got him at the end of 2020, he was in a home with 3 other dogs, His sister, a Male blue heeler and a female Stafford Bull Terrier (all were spayed/neutered). He never had any issues with the other dogs, liked to play with them as well.
