He was surrendered by the owner. He appears to be well socialized. Owner advised he does well with children. Owner stated he is good with other dogs. Owner advised that he is good with cats. Owner stated that he was kept as an outdoor pet. Owner stated he is an escape artist and may need extra training and/or special precautions to ensure that he doesn't get loose.
