MEET JACK!<br/><br/>Jack is a handsome little gentleman looking for a new family to call his own. At approximately 10 years old, Jack is a Chihuahua mix, possibly with a little Miniature Pinscher mixed in—and he certainly has the personality and style to match!<br/><br/>Jack is very friendly, affectionate, and full of charm. He walks nicely on a leash and has experience being around both dogs and cats. Cats make Jack a little nervous, so he prefers to keep his distance rather than chase them.<br/><br/>Because we haven't seen Jack around a large number of children, we feel he would do best with older, respectful children who understand boundaries and can give him the time and space he needs.<br/><br/>Jack does have some dental issues, which are unfortunately common in little breeds like his. Because of this, he currently needs to eat soft food.<br/><br/>Jack was surrendered due to an unfortunate change in his living situation. His family loved and cared for him very much, and surrendering him was a difficult decision made because they wanted what was best for Jack.<br/><br/>Now Jack needs a little time to adjust. After being loved and cared for by the people he knew, he suddenly finds himself in a whole new environment. He will need a family willing to give him patience, understanding, and time to settle in. Once he feels safe and secure, we expect this sweet little guy will have plenty of love to give in return.<br/><br/>Jack still needs to be neutered, but that doesn't mean he has to wait to start looking for his perfect match!
