Meet Jack... We’re not sure what type of breed/s he is, but we’re guessing he may be a Great Dane/Podengo mix? He is 6 years young, neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped. <br/>Jack is a very sweet and loveable dog that has been with us for almost 7 months and can’t figure out why. He is the kind of dog you would want if you were looking for a great companion. He checks off all the boxes. <br/>He’s friendly, polite, good with other dogs and people, and older kids, loves the water, and very playful. We are looking for an owner or home with an active lifestyle that can give him an outlet for his energy level. Someone that runs, hikes or the like would be ideal. <br/>He’s a big goof ball who thinks he’s an 80 lb. lap dog lol. His backstory is that his previous owner had to move into assisted living facility and could not take him along. The owners son took him in for a time, however he is a commercial fisherman and due to his demanding work schedule, that kept him away from for extended periods, he felt it best (and we agreed) it was in Jack’s best interest to find a new home where he can express himself and be the best dog we know he is.
