Jack is a 3 year old, friendly Manchester Terrier mix who enjoys exploring, hanging with his people, can have an air of independence, but bonds closely when he feels safe and relaxed. OTHER PETS: Jack was disinterested in meeting another small dog and showed some signs of stress including a growl when the other dog was too close. [Only Pet (Must Meet First)] OWNER EXPERIENCE: [First Dog] Experience with positive reinforcement or willingness to learn. Jack can be very active and playful and will need supervision in a fenced area to prevent him from exploring on his own as he can be a very high jumper when curious. Jack did not show signs of resource guarding while at TJO but would likely not be a good fit for younger children as he can be a bit nervous.
