Miss Ivy is coming back into rescue tomorrow morning. Ivy was one of the horrific puppy mill dogs we took in on New Years Eve that made the news due to the severity and sheer numbers. Ivy is not reliably housebroken still but in every other way shes a dollbaby. Wed prefer a home with another dog to learn the ropes from this time and someone whos adopted puppy mill dogs before would be great. Shes a beautiful couple year old shihtzu.
