Ivan's Story

Sweet Ivan, 8 years old and looking for an active loving family! This young man is sweet as can be, loves to play and snuggle with his humans. Enjoys walks, to be your copilot on road trip, snuggle on the couch or in your bed with you! Fenced yard required as he is an active dog that enjoys playing & exploring the yard! Good with respectful children, and other dogs, unsure of cats. Would enjoy an active family. Crate trained, house trained, All adoptive dogs are fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, neutered & microchipped prior to adoption. Ivan does have a small cherry eye that is purely cosmetic, will be seeing our ophthalmologist vet and if recommended we will get that repaired. Get pre approved to be an adopter with our group- go to Clbostonterrierrescuefoundation.org and fill out an adoption application. CL Boston Terrier Rescue Foundation's Adoption Policy

Our policies are stringent- and we do not approve every application. An extensive application is the first step to be considered. We do not adopt to homes with children under 6 yrs of age. We do in home visits -interview with the entire family- check out their home and yard. We call the Vets office for a reference to see what type of owner they have been with pets in the past and care they have provided. No dogs are allowed to be adopted into homes that have any unaltered pets. We require and adoption contract- and if for any reason it does not work out there is a clause stating the dog must be returned to the rescue. We match the dogs with a family that is the best possible fit for the dogs needs. There are no exceptions to any of the above -
